Founded by Jegajothy Jeganantham (Jothy), JYCS is built on over 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, corporate governance and regulatory compliance in Malaysia. As an Associate Member of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and a holder of a practising certificate issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Jothy brings extensive professional experience in supporting businesses through various stages of their corporate journey.

Throughout her career, Jothy has advised and supported more than 500 companies, including SMEs, foreign-owned companies, companies limited by guarantee and businesses with more structured corporate governance and compliance requirements. Her experience covers company incorporation in Malaysia, corporate structuring, preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, statutory compliance under the Companies Act 2016, share allotments and transfers, SSM regulatory filings and ongoing corporate governance support.

Having managed large client portfolios and led professional corporate secretarial teams, Jothy understands the practical challenges faced by business owners and company directors in maintaining statutory compliance while focusing on their business operations. Her approach is centred on providing clear guidance, organised company secretarial processes and practical corporate solutions tailored to each client’s specific business and compliance needs.
